  • Deal with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone.
  • Perform personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required.
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided.
  • Promote available products and services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results.

Requisitos

  • Work experience in Customer Service (Face to Face or Call Center) in the financial sector or companies that provide the service to companies in the sector.
  • Customer Service work experience (Face-to-Face or Call Center) in financial matters.
  • English language, advanced or native level.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Remuneration S/. 2,580.00 soles + Commissions.
  • Entry in the general payroll with all the benefits according to the Law.

PLACE OF WORK AND HOURS OF OPERATION:

  • Rotating Schedule (Changes can be applied according to EU DST)
  • Hybrid Work (Progressive on-site return)
