The Role

We are looking for a Client Growth Manager to help drive revenue growth across the full client lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role spanning:

  • lead generation,
  • outbound prospecting,
  • pipeline management,
  • client engagement,
  • and account expansion.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning both growth initiatives and client relationships.

This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can actively build pipeline, engage prospects, and help drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

Pipeline & Business Development

  • Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline
  • Execute daily prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Develop outreach messaging and follow-up sequences
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
  • Improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with active clients
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Support client retention and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Improve workflows across CRM, outreach, and automation tools
  • Leverage AI and modern sales technologies to improve efficiency
  • Help optimize operational and revenue processes

Requisitos

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, growth, customer success, account management, or related roles
  • Proven experience managing pipeline and outbound outreach
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, consulting, or technology companies
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
  • Experience in client-facing strategic or growth roles
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote environments

English Requirement

Candidates must feel comfortable handling meetings, business communication, and client interactions entirely in English.
